Step 2 — Project Review & Site Visit
For your active project, we review plans, drawings, and existing conditions. Our team can meet you (or your client) on-site to take measurements, confirm scope, and align on layout, materials, and finishes.

Step 3 — Design, Pricing & Timeline
You receive a coordinated package: design direction, cabinetry and countertop specifications, itemized pricing, and a realistic production and installation timeline you can build your master schedule around.

Step 4 — Production & Fabrication
Cabinetry, countertops, and any custom millwork move into production. We coordinate lead times, deliveries, and staging so your job site stays on schedule and your other trades aren't waiting on us.

Step 5 — Installation & Punch-List
Our installation teams execute the kitchen scope in coordination with your project manager. We stay through punch-list and final walkthrough so the kitchen hands off clean — and your client sees your job finished the right way.
